The cast iron frame has lots of wear for antique character. The plate glass shelf is a missing.
Presumably no longer legal for trade, this antique appears to be in more or less working order, and calculates up to 30 pounds at prices from 1/2 to 60 cents per pound. There is a double bubble level for accuracy. The scale rests at "26 lbs," and we don't know how to adjust the scale to "0."
Measurements are 535mm long, 480mm wide and 760mm high.
